Account Information: When contractors create an account, we collect your name, business name, business address, email address, and phone number.

Communication Preferences: When you opt in to email or SMS notifications, we record your preferences, the timestamp of your consent, and the phone number or email address you provide.

Usage Information: We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages viewed, features used, leads received, and orders processed.

Customer Information: Contractors may upload information about their own end customers (homeowners) for the purpose of generating quotes, fulfilling orders, and managing maintenance plans.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Send you account notifications you have opted in to receive (via email or SMS)
• Process payments and fulfill orders
• Communicate with you about your account, including security alerts and support messages
• Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will send you operational notifications about your DinoQuote account, including new customer leads, filter shipment updates, maintenance plan signups, payment status, and account alerts. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the Service through other channels (email, in-app notifications).

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in records are stored securely and used only to deliver the messages you requested.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party vendors (such as Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email, Telnyx for SMS, Supabase for data storage) who process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.

• Business transfers: If DinoQuote is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not share your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or message content with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

• Opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP to any message, or by toggling SMS off in your Notification Preferences
• Opt out of email notifications by following the unsubscribe link in any message, or by adjusting your Notification Preferences
• Request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing info@dinoquote.com

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
